利用黑曲霉固态发酵降解橡胶籽粕中的亚麻苦苷脱氰。在单因素试验的基础上,以发酵时间、发酵温度和麸皮添加量为自变量,以氰脱除率为响应值,进行橡胶籽粕黑曲霉固态发酵脱氰响应面优化试验。得到的最佳脱氰工艺条件为:发酵时间82 h,发酵温度30.5℃,麸皮添加量11 g (10 g橡胶籽粕)。在最佳条件下,氰的脱除率为94.30%,经发酵的橡胶籽粕氰含量由3.7 mg/kg降至0.211 mg/kg。

이용흑곡매고태발효강해상효자박중적아마고감탈청。재단인소시험적기출상,이발효시간、발효온도화부피첨가량위자변량,이청탈제솔위향응치,진행상효자박흑곡매고태발효탈청향응면우화시험。득도적최가탈청공예조건위:발효시간82 h,발효온도30.5℃,부피첨가량11 g (10 g상효자박)。재최가조건하,청적탈제솔위94.30%,경발효적상효자박청함량유3.7 mg/kg강지0.211 mg/kg。
Removal of cyanides( Linamarin) from Hevea brasiliensis seed meal by solid fermentation with Aspergillus niger was studied. With fermentation time, fermentation temperature and bran dosage as factors,removal rate of cyanides as response value, the removal conditions were optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimal condi-tions were obtained as follows:fermentation time 82 h,fermentation temperature 30. 5℃,bran dosage 11 g ( 10 g of Hevea brasiliensis seed meal) . Under the optimal conditions,the removal rate of cyanides reached 94. 30%,and the cyanides content of the fermented Hevea brasiliensis seed meal reduced from 3. 7 mg/kg to 0. 211 mg/kg.
