目的:定量组织速度成像(QTVI)技术对缺血性心肌病病变心肌节段性纵向运动异常的早期诊断。方法选择我院收治的28例冠状动脉造影手术患者为病变组。另选同期正常体检患者28例为对照组。测量其不同心肌节段在QTVI曲线的Ve(舒张期峰值速度)和Vs(收缩期峰值速度),对两组结果进行分析比较。结果冠状动脉狭窄供血区节段心肌的运动减低,Vs和Ve较对照组对应区域运动速度有显著性的差异。结论 QTVI技术能定量的测定心肌运动速度,检测室壁运动异常的节段数多于传统的二维超声目测法,且对于左室壁节段性运动异常的诊断敏感性高于传统的二维的心脏彩超检查,可以敏感、直观地反映室壁运动状态,为精确评价室壁运动提供了一种无创性的检测手段。

Objective Early diagnosis of quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) technology for longitudinal motion abnormalities of myocardial segmental lesions in ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods 28 cases of coronary angiography surgery were chosen as lesions group and 28 cases of normal physical examination in the same period as control group. Ve and Vs (peak systolic ve-locity) in QTVI curve (diastolic peak velocity) in the different myocardial segments were measured. Results Movement of myocardial in coronary artery blood supply segment reduced.Compared with the control group, Vs and Ve was significant. Conclusion Myocardial velocities was determinated quantitatively by QTVI technology. Several segments of the ventricular wall motion abnormalities were detected, more than the traditional two dimensional ultrasound visual method. Diagnostic sen-sitivity of left ventricular wall motion abnormality was higher than traditional two dimensional e-chocardiography examination, be sensitive to directly reflect the state of wall motion.It provides a noninvasive means of detection for the accurate evaluation of wall motion.
