目的:探讨1.5T PHILIPS 磁共振扫描仪三维脂肪抑制平衡式非稳态自由进动(3D FSbalancednSSFP)序列在腰骶脊神经根病变中的临床应用价值。方法80例不同程度的腰腿痛患者在1.5T PHILIPS 磁共振扫描仪行3D FSbalancednSSFP序列检查,并用3D最大强度投影重组(MIP)做后处理。结果80例受检者中,腰骶脊神经根正常者21例,腰骶脊神经根病变患者59例,其中椎间盘突出症患者45例,骶神经根周围囊肿9例,腰椎结核1例,肿瘤4例。3D FSbalancednSSFP序列能清楚显示病变对神经根侵犯和压迫程度。结论3D FSbalancednSSFP序列可较好地评价腰骶脊神经根病变,并结合常规MR扫描,有利于临床诊治方案的制定。

목적:탐토1.5T PHILIPS 자공진소묘의삼유지방억제평형식비은태자유진동(3D FSbalancednSSFP)서렬재요저척신경근병변중적림상응용개치。방법80례불동정도적요퇴통환자재1.5T PHILIPS 자공진소묘의행3D FSbalancednSSFP서렬검사,병용3D최대강도투영중조(MIP)주후처리。결과80례수검자중,요저척신경근정상자21례,요저척신경근병변환자59례,기중추간반돌출증환자45례,저신경근주위낭종9례,요추결핵1례,종류4례。3D FSbalancednSSFP서렬능청초현시병변대신경근침범화압박정도。결론3D FSbalancednSSFP서렬가교호지평개요저척신경근병변,병결합상규MR소묘,유리우림상진치방안적제정。
Objective To investigate the value of three dimensional fat suppressed balanced non steady state free precession sequence in the lumbosacral radiculopathy. Methods Eighty patients who sufferred from lumbocrural pain in varying degrees were examined by 3D FS balanced nSSFP, using maximum intensity projection (MIP) to reconstruct the images of each dieases. Results In the 80 patients, negative results were found in 21 patients. Lumbosacral nerve roots diseases were found in 59 patients. Of the 59 cases of nerve roots diseases, 45 cases were intervertebral disc herniation, 9 cases were sacral nerve root cysts, 1 case was lumbar vertebral tuberculosis,and 4 cases were lumbosacralneoplasms. 3D FS balanced nSSFP was capable of showing the level of the invasion and the compression of the lumbosacral nerve roots. Conclusion 3D FS balanced nSSFP can evelate the nerve roots diseases. Combing with conventional MRI, it's helpful for the clinical diagnosis and making treatment plan.
