目的：观察尼妥珠单抗联合三维适形和顺铂同步放化疗治疗鼻咽癌的疗效及其毒副作用。方法对照组24例采用三维适形放疗和顺铂方案同步放化疗，实验组20例在对照组放化疗的基础上加用尼妥珠单抗治疗。比较两组疗效及不良反应等。结果实验组近期疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05），实验组和对照组治疗有效率分别为75．00％、50．00％，两组不良反应发生率无差异（ P＞0．05）。结论尼妥珠单抗联合顺铂和三维适形放疗治疗鼻咽癌患者疗效良好，并未增加放化疗相关不良反应。
목적：관찰니타주단항연합삼유괄형화순박동보방화료치료비인암적료효급기독부작용。방법대조조24례채용삼유괄형방료화순박방안동보방화료，실험조20례재대조조방화료적기출상가용니타주단항치료。비교량조료효급불량반응등。결과실험조근기료효우우대조조（P＜0．05），실험조화대조조치료유효솔분별위75．00％、50．00％，량조불량반응발생솔무차이（ P＞0．05）。결론니타주단항연합순박화삼유괄형방료치료비인암환자료효량호，병미증가방화료상관불량반응。
Objective To observe the efficacies and adverse effects of nimotuzumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiotherapy of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and cisplatin on nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods Twenty-four cases in the control group were treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy of three -dimensional conformal radiotherapy and cisplatin ,20 cases in the experimental group were given nimotuzumab besides the therapy conducted in the control group .The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups .Results The short-term efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).The effective rates of experimental group ,control group were 75 .00%,50 .00%,respectively .There was no significantly difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups ( P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion Nimotuzumab combined with cisplatin and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is of good effects ,which does not aggravate the adverse reactions of chemoradiotherapy .
