目的：探讨吻合器经肛门直肠切除术（ STARR术）治疗重度混合痔合并直肠黏膜松弛的效果。方法回顾性分析47例重度混合痔合并直肠黏膜松弛患者行STARR术后的临床资料。结果44例患者术后症状完全消失，3例患者术后仍有轻微肛门下坠感，但症状较术前有所减轻。结论 STARR术治疗重度混合痔合并直肠黏膜松弛确切、有效。
목적：탐토문합기경항문직장절제술（ STARR술）치료중도혼합치합병직장점막송이적효과。방법회고성분석47례중도혼합치합병직장점막송이환자행STARR술후적림상자료。결과44례환자술후증상완전소실，3례환자술후잉유경미항문하추감，단증상교술전유소감경。결론 STARR술치료중도혼합치합병직장점막송이학절、유효。
Objective To investigate the effect of STARR on severe mixed hemorrhoids compli-cated with rectal relaxation. Methods The clinical data of 47 cases of severe mixed hemorrhoids with rectal relaxation after STARR were retrospectively analyzed. Results The postoperative symptoms com-pletely disappeared in 44 patients,3 cases still had slight postoperative anal straining feeling,but was re-lieved compared with preoperative symptoms. Conclusions The effect of STARR on severe mixed hem-orrhoids complicated with rectal relaxation is exact and effective.
