目的：观察闭合复位交叉克氏针固定治疗儿童闭合性Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法对58例GartlandⅢ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折合并血管神经损伤患儿采用闭合手法复位交叉克氏针固定，辅以石膏夹板固定2周，4周后拔除克氏针，行肘关节伸屈功能锻炼。结果56例患儿获得随访6~24个月。按照Flynn临床功能评定标准，优40例，良14例，差2例，优良率为96.4%。结论儿童闭合型GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折合并血管神经损伤采用闭合复位交叉克氏针固定创伤小，操作简单，临床效果肯定，值得推广。
목적：관찰폐합복위교차극씨침고정치료인동폐합성Gartland Ⅲ형굉골과상골절적림상효과。방법대58례GartlandⅢ형소인굉골과상골절합병혈관신경손상환인채용폐합수법복위교차극씨침고정，보이석고협판고정2주，4주후발제극씨침，행주관절신굴공능단련。결과56례환인획득수방6~24개월。안조Flynn림상공능평정표준，우40례，량14례，차2례，우량솔위96.4%。결론인동폐합형GartlandⅢ형굉골과상골절합병혈관신경손상채용폐합복위교차극씨침고정창상소，조작간단，림상효과긍정，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of cross closed reduction kirschner wire fix-ation on children with type Ⅲ Gartland supracondylar fracture of humerus complicated with blood vessel and nerve injuries. Methods Fifty-eight children with typeⅢGartland supracondylar fracture of hume-rus complicated with blood vessel and nerve injuries were treated by cross closed reduction Kirschner wire fixation and fixed by plaster splint for 2 weeks. The plaster splint were pulled out and the function of el-bow flex was exercised after 4 weeks. Results Fifty-six cases were followed up for 6 months to 24 months. According to the Flynn clinical function evaluation standards,40 cases were excellent,14 cases were good and 2 cases were poor,the excellent and good rate was 96. 4%. Conclusions This method of treatment of children with typeⅢGartland supracondylar fracture of humerus complicated with blood ves-sel and nerve injuries by cross closed reduction kirschner wire fixation has the advantages of fewer trau-mas,convenient operation and good therapeutic effect,which is worth to be popularized.
