目的：观察阿托伐他汀对卒中后认知功能障碍患者的影响。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院神经内科脑卒中住院患者，应用简易精神量表筛选卒中后认知功能障碍患者78例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各39例，治疗组在脑卒中常规治疗的同时加用阿托伐他汀钙片，对照组仅行常规治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后4周、治疗后12周使用美国国立卫生院卒中量表、简易精神量表及Barthel指数对患者进行评估。结果治疗组患者的认知功能改善情况明显优于对照组（t＝2.449，P<0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀具有改善卒中后认知功能障碍的作用。
목적：관찰아탁벌타정대졸중후인지공능장애환자적영향。방법선취정주대학제일부속의원신경내과뇌졸중주원환자，응용간역정신량표사선졸중후인지공능장애환자78례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조각39례，치료조재뇌졸중상규치료적동시가용아탁벌타정개편，대조조부행상규치료。분별우치료전、치료후4주、치료후12주사용미국국립위생원졸중량표、간역정신량표급Barthel지수대환자진행평고。결과치료조환자적인지공능개선정황명현우우대조조（t＝2.449，P<0.05）。결론아탁벌타정구유개선졸중후인지공능장애적작용。
Objective To observe the protective effect of atorvastatin on the recovery of cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods A total of seventy-eight patients with cognitive impairment after stroke in the department of neurology were selected by the Mini-Mental State Examination,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 39 cases in each group. All of the patients received routine treatment of stroke,besides,20 mg atorvastatin tablets were given continuously for those in the treatment group after breakfast. Mini-Mental State Examination,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale and Barthel Index was used to examine the functions before treatment,4 and 12 weeks after treatment re-spectively in both groups. Results The improvement of cognitive function of patients in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group( t=2 . 449 ,P<0 . 05 ). Conclusions Atorvastatin can promote the recovery of cognitive impairment after stroke.
