目的：探讨慢性胰腺炎（CP）的病因和诊治方法。方法回顾性分析郑州大学人民医院2007年6月至2012年5月160例 CP 患者的临床资料。结果85例经单纯药物治疗症状缓解，75例经外科经手术治疗或内镜治疗恢复效果达到预期。结论 CP 的主要致病因素是胆道疾病，但酒精因素造成的 CP 在慢性胰腺炎发病的比例升高；影像学检查在疾病的确诊中发挥着重要作用；治疗方法以单纯药物保守治疗为主，必要时行手术或内镜治疗，胆源性 CP 以手术治疗效果为佳。
목적：탐토만성이선염（CP）적병인화진치방법。방법회고성분석정주대학인민의원2007년6월지2012년5월160례 CP 환자적림상자료。결과85례경단순약물치료증상완해，75례경외과경수술치료혹내경치료회복효과체도예기。결론 CP 적주요치병인소시담도질병，단주정인소조성적 CP 재만성이선염발병적비례승고；영상학검사재질병적학진중발휘착중요작용；치료방법이단순약물보수치료위주，필요시행수술혹내경치료，담원성 CP 이수술치료효과위가。
Objective To investigate the etiology and treatment methods of chronic pancreatitis (CP). Methods From June 2007 to May 2012,the clinical data of 160 patients with CP were retrospec-tively analyzed. Results Simple drug treatment was used to alleviate the symptoms of 85 patients,and 75 cases were treated by surgery or surgical endoscopy,and achieve the desired effect. Conclusions The main cause of CP is biliary tract disease,but the proportion of alcohol factors in CP increases,iconography play an important role in the diagnosis,the main treatment is conservative medical therapy,surgery and en-doscopic therapy is given when necessary,the surgical treatment for biliary cp is better than the others.
