目的:探讨人白细胞介素-13(IL-13)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法收集56例支气管哮喘急性发作期、缓解期患者和60例健康者静脉血,离心后取血清,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清中 IL-13、IL-17浓度,同时检测所有受试者(急性期、缓解期、健康人)外周血中性粒细胞计数。结果支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清 IL-13浓度(133±24)pg / ml 与缓解期(126P22)pg / ml 及健康人群组(106±12)pg / ml比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清 IL-17浓度(70±16)pg/ ml与缓解期(53±12)pg / ml 及健康人群组(26±5)pg / ml 比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。支气管哮喘急性发作期患者外周血中性粒细胞计数(10.9±1.3)×109与缓解期(6.0±2.1)×109及对照组(5.7±0.9)×109比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者在急性发作期血清 IL-13、IL-17明显高于缓解期,IL-13、IL-17在哮喘发病中起重要作用。

목적:탐토인백세포개소-13(IL-13)급백세포개소-17(IL-17)재지기관효천발병궤제중적작용。방법수집56례지기관효천급성발작기、완해기환자화60례건강자정맥혈,리심후취혈청,채용매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)법검측혈청중 IL-13、IL-17농도,동시검측소유수시자(급성기、완해기、건강인)외주혈중성립세포계수。결과지기관효천급성발작기환자혈청 IL-13농도(133±24)pg / ml 여완해기(126P22)pg / ml 급건강인군조(106±12)pg / ml비교,차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。지기관효천급성발작기환자혈청 IL-17농도(70±16)pg/ ml여완해기(53±12)pg / ml 급건강인군조(26±5)pg / ml 비교,차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。지기관효천급성발작기환자외주혈중성립세포계수(10.9±1.3)×109여완해기(6.0±2.1)×109급대조조(5.7±0.9)×109비교,차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론지기관효천환자재급성발작기혈청 IL-13、IL-17명현고우완해기,IL-13、IL-17재효천발병중기중요작용。
Objective To investigate the effects of IL-13 and IL-17 on the pathogenesis of bron-chial asthma. Methods The serum after centrifuging venous blood from 56 bronchial asthma patients who were in acute attack stage,56 patients who were at stable period and 60 healthy persons was recrui-ted. The concentration of IL-13 and IL-17 was measured respectively by ELISA. The number of neutro-philia in peripheral blood of all subjects was counted in the meantime. Results The concentration of IL-13 and IL-17 of acute attack group were significantly higher than that in stable asthma group and healthy group. The number of neutrophilia of patients with asthma at the acute stage significantly increased com-paring with patients of asthma acute stage and healthy controls. Conclusions Cytokines of IL-13 and IL-17 have important roles in immune pathogenesis of asthma.
