目的：评价普萘洛尔联合尿素治疗婴幼儿会阴部血管瘤合并溃疡的临床效果。方法将2011年3月至2012年3月于郑州大学人民医院血管瘤外科就诊的69例会阴部血管瘤合并溃疡的婴幼儿患者随机分为三组：A 组20例，B 组20例，C 组29例。A 组局部注射尿素，B 组服用普萘洛尔，C 组联合应用尿素和普萘洛尔。比较三组患儿的瘤体变化情况，并观察记录每组患儿溃疡愈合时间。结果 A 组治愈17例，治愈率为85.5%；B 组治愈13例，治愈率为65.0%；C 组治愈27例，治愈率为93.1%，C 组治愈率高于 A、B 组（P <0.05）。2周时，三组患儿溃疡的愈合天数比较差异无统计学意义；4~6周时，三组患儿溃疡愈合天数比较差异有统计学意义。结论应用低剂量普萘洛尔能缩短婴幼儿血管瘤溃疡的愈合时间，联合尿素注射治疗婴幼儿会阴部血管瘤较单用上述两种方法近期疗效好，服药时间短，并发症少。
목적：평개보내락이연합뇨소치료영유인회음부혈관류합병궤양적림상효과。방법장2011년3월지2012년3월우정주대학인민의원혈관류외과취진적69례회음부혈관류합병궤양적영유인환자수궤분위삼조：A 조20례，B 조20례，C 조29례。A 조국부주사뇨소，B 조복용보내락이，C 조연합응용뇨소화보내락이。비교삼조환인적류체변화정황，병관찰기록매조환인궤양유합시간。결과 A 조치유17례，치유솔위85.5%；B 조치유13례，치유솔위65.0%；C 조치유27례，치유솔위93.1%，C 조치유솔고우 A、B 조（P <0.05）。2주시，삼조환인궤양적유합천수비교차이무통계학의의；4~6주시，삼조환인궤양유합천수비교차이유통계학의의。결론응용저제량보내락이능축단영유인혈관류궤양적유합시간，연합뇨소주사치료영유인회음부혈관류교단용상술량충방법근기료효호，복약시간단，병발증소。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of propranolol combined with urea on infan-tile perineal hemangioma complicated with ulcer. Methods A total of 69 patients treated by hemangioma surgery in people’s hospital of Zhengzhou university from March 2011 to March 2012 were selected,and they were all suffered with perineal hemangioma complicated with ulcers and were randomly divided into three groups:20 patients in group A,20 patients in group B,and 29 patients in group C. Group A was given local injection of urea,Group B was given propranolol instead,Group C was given urea combined with propranolol. The changes of tumor and the ulcer healing time in the three groups were observed and recorded. Results Seventeen cases in group A were cured,the cure rate was 85. 5 % ;13 cases were cured in group B,the cure rate was 65. 0% ;while 27 cases were cured in group C,the cure rate was 93. 1% ,which was higher than that in group A and B(P < 0. 05). The ulcer healing time in the three groups had no significant difference on the 2nd week. While during 4 th -6 th weeks,there was significant difference in the ulcer healing time among the three groups,indicating that propranolol combined with urea can significantly shorten the ulcer healing time. Conclusions Low-dose of propranolol can reduce the ulcer healing time of infantile hemangiomas,while the short-term effect of combined with urea injection treatment is better than the the above two methods only,and it has shorter medication time and fewer complications.
