目的：探讨宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术后女性孕育情况的改变。方法对117例子宫纵隔患者行宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术后孕育情况进行回顾性分析。结果宫腔镜手术前后妊娠率与足月产率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论子宫纵隔对女性的生育存在严重影响，宫腔镜是有效治疗子宫纵隔的手术方式。
목적：탐토궁강경하자궁종격절제술후녀성잉육정황적개변。방법대117례자궁종격환자행궁강경하자궁종격절제술후잉육정황진행회고성분석。결과궁강경수술전후임신솔여족월산솔비교，차이균유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론자궁종격대녀성적생육존재엄중영향，궁강경시유효치료자궁종격적수술방식。
Objective To investigate the changes of incubation before and after transcervical hysteroscopic of septum. Methods One hundred and seventeen patients with uterine septum were retro-spectively analyzed after performed transcervical hysteroscopic resection of septum(TCRS). Results The rate of pregnancy and the rate of full term delivery had statistically significant differences retrospec-tively before and after the hysteroscopy surgery(P < 0. 05). Conclusions Uterine septum has serious impact on female fertility,TCRS is an effective surgical procedure in the therapy of uterine septum.
