目的:探讨128层螺旋 CT 多项技术在Ⅰ型骨质疏松症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法收集100例Ⅰ型骨质疏松症患者的128排螺旋 CT 腰椎薄层高分辨扫描、多平面重建图像观察结果,并与双能 X 线吸收测定(DEXA)检查结果对照。结果100例Ⅰ型骨质疏松症患者128层螺旋 CT 在诊断骨小梁等细微结构、形态学观察、稳定性及是否合并骨折与 DEXA 骨密度(BMD)检测骨质疏松有较强互补性,椎体骨松质 CT 值测量与 DEXA 骨密度 T 值间有高度相关性。结论128层螺旋 CT 对Ⅰ型骨质疏松症诊断有较高临床应用价值,是 DEXA 骨密度检测必要的补充检查。

목적:탐토128층라선 CT 다항기술재Ⅰ형골질소송증진단중적림상응용개치。방법수집100례Ⅰ형골질소송증환자적128배라선 CT 요추박층고분변소묘、다평면중건도상관찰결과,병여쌍능 X 선흡수측정(DEXA)검사결과대조。결과100례Ⅰ형골질소송증환자128층라선 CT 재진단골소량등세미결구、형태학관찰、은정성급시부합병골절여 DEXA 골밀도(BMD)검측골질소송유교강호보성,추체골송질 CT 치측량여 DEXA 골밀도 T 치간유고도상관성。결론128층라선 CT 대Ⅰ형골질소송증진단유교고림상응용개치,시 DEXA 골밀도검측필요적보충검사。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the 128 layer multi-spiral CT( MSCT)multi-technologies on the diagnosis of type Ⅰosteoporosis. Methods The 128 MSCT lumbar scanning results and multi-planar reconstruction images of 100 patients with typeⅠosteoporosis were collected,and the results were compared with the dual-energy X-ray absorptiom-etry(DEXA)inspection. Results The 128 layer MSCT of 100 patients with typeⅠosteoporosis had complementarity with DEXA bone mineral density(BMD)to detect osteoporosis in the diagnosis of bone trabecula structure,vertebral morphological observation,stability and whether combined with fracture. Vertebral cancellous bone CT value measurement was highly correlated with DEXA bone mineral density T value. Conclusions The 128 layer MSCT has high clinical application value on the diagnosis of typeⅠosteoporosis,and it is one necessary supplement examination of DEXA bone mineral density detection.
