为研究不同水平的吡啶羧酸铬对生长期(5~10周龄)笼养蛋鸭免疫器官指数和抗氧化功能的影响,试验采用单因素完全随机分组设计,选择28日龄健康金定蛋鸭180只,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只鸭。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组(Ⅱ~Ⅴ组)分别在基础日粮中添加0.15、0.30、0.45、0.60 mg/kg铬(吡啶羧酸铬)。试验期6周。结果表明:(1)Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的胸腺指数分别比Ⅰ组提高27.65%、29.33%、24.30%(P <0.05),但对脾脏指数和法氏囊指数未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。(2)添加适量的吡啶羧酸铬可提高肝脏的总抗氧化能力,Ⅲ组最高,分别较Ⅰ、Ⅴ组提高12.04%、10.44%(P<0.05),Ⅳ组血清中总超氧化物歧化酶的活性比Ⅰ组提高4.70%(P<0.05),Ⅲ组肝脏中总超氧化物歧化酶的活性较Ⅰ、Ⅴ组分别提高4.93%、3.98%(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清中丙二醛的含量分别比Ⅰ组降低9.35%、10.79%、10.07%(P<0.05)。但添加吡啶羧酸铬对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性影响不显著(P>0.05)。通过二次回归曲线分析表明铬(以吡啶羧酸铬形式添加)在生长期笼养蛋鸭日粮中最适宜的添加量为0.3189~0.3492 mg/kg。

The experiment was conducted to study effects of different levels of chromium as chromium picolinate on immune organ index and antioxidant function of caged growing laying ducks aged from 5 to 10 weeks.Using a single factor completely randomized design,a total of 180 28-day-old Jin-ding laying ducks were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group.The control group (groupⅠ)was fed corn-soybean meal basal diet,and the experimental groups (groupsⅡ~Ⅴ)were fed corn-soybean meal basal diet supplemented with 0.15,0.30,0.45 mg/kg and 0.60 mg/kg chromi-um as chromium picolinate respectively.The experimental period lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed as follows:(1)Thy-mus index of groupⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳincreased by 27.65%,29.33%and 24.30%compared with group Ⅰrespectively(P<0.05), but there was no significant effect on spleen index and bursa index (P > 0.05).(2)The total anti-oxidant capacity (T-AOC) in liver of groupⅢwas the highest and increased by 12.04%and 10.44%compared with group Ⅰ,Ⅴrespectively (P<0.05),and the activity of total super oxide dismutase (T-SOD) in serum of group Ⅳ increased by 4.70% compared with groupⅠ (P<0.05) and the activity of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD)in liver of group Ⅲincreased by 4.93%and 3.98% compared with groupⅠ,Ⅴ respectively(P < 0.05).The contents of serum malondialdehyd(MDA)of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳreduced by 9.35%,10.79% and 10.07% compared with group Ⅰ respectively (P < 0.05).But the activity of glu-tathion peroxidase(GSH-Px)was insignificantly different from each other(P>0.05).The results indicated that the optimum adding level of chromium as chromium picolinate in the diet of caged growing laying ducks was 0.3189 ~0.3492 mg/kg by fitting a quadratic regression curve.
