人力资源管理因其独特的优势,在经济社会中的地位日渐凸显,现代人力资源管理的思想已被越来越多的事业单位所接受,传统意义上的事业单位更多的是出于上传下达的阶段,更多的是针对任务去单一性完成,现代化的事业单位在践行党的十八大精神的同时,还应理顺工作思路,顺应时代潮流,与时俱进,不断创新,乘改革之机,及时与时代接轨,以保证组织目标的实现,最大限度地满足职工发展的需要,更好的促进本单位的良好运行,以科学有序的规划,使单位各个阶层,各个部门之间人力资源配置达到最优。目前,事业单位由于其自身的特殊性,在这一方面还不够完善,虽然取得一定成绩,有所创新,但整体上还相对薄弱,在选人、用人、制定决策,编制规划、绩效考核、及时改进等方面才存在不少漏洞,工作环境缺乏活力,人力资源管理的介入迫在眉睫。
