目的：分析2010~2013年某医院抗高血压药物的临床应用情况。方法通过 Excel 表，统计某医院2010~2013年所用的抗高血压药物的品种，分析用药频度（DDDs）、销售金额及日均费用（DDC）。结果该医院2010~2013年抗高血压 DDDs 和销售金额百分比排序前二位的是血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂（ARB）和钙通道阻滞剂（CCB）；单品种DDDs 排第一位的是缬沙坦胶囊，其 DDC 为4.50元/ d；排第二、三位的是尼群地平片和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片，DDC 分别为0.11元/ d 和3.25元/ d。结论该医院应用抗高血压药物以 CCB、ARB 为主，结构基本合理，降压效果肯定，价格相对低廉，既达到了治疗的目的，又减轻了患者的经济负担。
목적：분석2010~2013년모의원항고혈압약물적림상응용정황。방법통과 Excel 표，통계모의원2010~2013년소용적항고혈압약물적품충，분석용약빈도（DDDs）、소수금액급일균비용（DDC）。결과해의원2010~2013년항고혈압 DDDs 화소수금액백분비배서전이위적시혈관긴장소Ⅱ수체조체제（ARB）화개통도조체제（CCB）；단품충DDDs 배제일위적시힐사탄효낭，기 DDC 위4.50원/ d；배제이、삼위적시니군지평편화분광산좌선안록지평편，DDC 분별위0.11원/ d 화3.25원/ d。결론해의원응용항고혈압약물이 CCB、ARB 위주，결구기본합리，강압효과긍정，개격상대저렴，기체도료치료적목적，우감경료환자적경제부담。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of antihypertensive drugs in a hospital during 2010 - 2013. Methods The classification of antihypertensive drugs used,drug usage frequency(DDDs),sale amount and average daily cost(DDC)in a hospital during 2010- 2013 were analyzed through the Excelltable. Results The top two DDDs and sales amount percentage were angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers and calcium channel blockers;Valsartan ranked first for DDDs and its DDC was 4. 50 yuan/ d;followed by nitrendipine and amlodipine,DDC were 0. 11 and 3. 25 yuan / d respectively. Conclusion The main antihypertensive drugs used in the hospital investigated are angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers and calcium channel blockers. The use of antihypertensive drugs in the hospital is rational and these antihypertensive drugs are effective and relatively cheap for the treatment of hypertension.
