大连地铁203标段兴工街至西安路区间采用钻爆法施工。当地铁隧道与下部既有盾构主体结构叠落距离达到0.7m~2.0m时,普通的钻爆法会带来一系列不良的影响。为此将钻爆法改为人工机械开挖。但经过5天实践表明,人工机械开挖工效低,成本高以至于工程停滞。因此,采取新的弱爆破处理方式,在确保既有盾构主体结构完整的前提下,大幅度地降低了成本、缩短了工期,为同类工程施工提供指导性建议。

To change the driling blasting method to artificial-mechanical excavation. But after five days practice shows that low efficiency and high cost lead to the stagnation of the project. Therefore, a new weak blasting approach arises spontaneously, and breaking the routine of blasting particle vibration velocity as a single main reference data, based on the feedback of the actual construction site, ensure the structural integrity of completed-shield body, reduce the cost and shorten the construction period.
