为了提高总糖含量,以白薯、红薯和马铃薯为实验材料,采用微波辅助提取和纯化分离的方法进行综合性实验改进。结果表明:微波辅助提取比常规水浴提取所需的时间短,总糖含量高;而且在相同条件下用微波辅助提取白薯、红薯和马铃薯测定其总糖含量时,马铃薯中总糖含量最高。由此可知,对测定总糖含量的材料和方法都进行改进,可以缩短提取时间,提高总糖含量,材料容得到,改善了实验教学效果。
為瞭提高總糖含量,以白藷、紅藷和馬鈴藷為實驗材料,採用微波輔助提取和純化分離的方法進行綜閤性實驗改進。結果錶明:微波輔助提取比常規水浴提取所需的時間短,總糖含量高;而且在相同條件下用微波輔助提取白藷、紅藷和馬鈴藷測定其總糖含量時,馬鈴藷中總糖含量最高。由此可知,對測定總糖含量的材料和方法都進行改進,可以縮短提取時間,提高總糖含量,材料容得到,改善瞭實驗教學效果。

In order to improve the content of total sugar, with sweet potato, sweet potato and potato as experiment material, the method of microwave assisted extraction and purification separation was adopted to improve comprehensive experiments.The results showed that microwave assisted extraction time was shorter than the conventional water bath extraction, high content of total sugar.Under the same conditions with microwave assisted extraction of sweet potato, sweet potato and potato, determination of the total sugar content, the highest total sugar content in the potatoes, accordingly, materials and methods of determination of total sugar content were improved , which can shorten extraction time, increase the total sugar content, material was easy to get, and the experimental teaching effect was improved.
