随着原油开采程度的逐步加深及掺炼原油趋于劣质化,原油中的金属杂质含量也越来越高。为了解决钙、镁等金属杂质对原油加工过程中带来的危害,本装置通过在电脱盐注水系统上加注脱钙剂,使其在原油与注水相互混合的过程中,将原油中的金属杂质脱除。经过两次脱钙剂实验得出,脱钙剂对原油脱金属效果较明显,脱除率在40%左右,适用于原油脱金属。
隨著原油開採程度的逐步加深及摻煉原油趨于劣質化,原油中的金屬雜質含量也越來越高。為瞭解決鈣、鎂等金屬雜質對原油加工過程中帶來的危害,本裝置通過在電脫鹽註水繫統上加註脫鈣劑,使其在原油與註水相互混閤的過程中,將原油中的金屬雜質脫除。經過兩次脫鈣劑實驗得齣,脫鈣劑對原油脫金屬效果較明顯,脫除率在40%左右,適用于原油脫金屬。

The greater the access to crude oil exploitation and the worse of the crude oil quality used in crude distillation unit was and the higher proportion of the metal impurity in crude oil was.The injection pipeline was filled with decalcifying agent in the experiments to remove the metal impurity when the crude oil and water mixing together , which addressed the harm on crude oil processing caused by the existence of the metal impurity like calcium and magnesium .From the two experiments , it was concluded that decalcifying agent played an important role in removing the metal impurity with about 40%removal rate.
