采用金相显微镜观察S32205双相不锈钢层状撕裂缺陷，通过夹杂物和微观组织分析，结合硬度检测结果，探讨了双相不锈钢板材厚度方向（即Z向）裂纹缺陷的形成原因。结果表明， S32205双相不锈钢层状撕裂是由于存在σ相或夹杂物，且硬度偏高，降低了钢板的塑性、韧性，当板材Z向受拘束应力作用下引起开裂。根据上述原因提出了相应的改进措施。
채용금상현미경관찰S32205쌍상불수강층상시렬결함，통과협잡물화미관조직분석，결합경도검측결과，탐토료쌍상불수강판재후도방향（즉Z향）렬문결함적형성원인。결과표명， S32205쌍상불수강층상시렬시유우존재σ상혹협잡물，차경도편고，강저료강판적소성、인성，당판재Z향수구속응력작용하인기개렬。근거상술원인제출료상응적개진조시。
To observe the defect of lamellar tearing in duplex stainless steel -S32205 by metalloscope , the formation reasons of defects at steel plate thickness direction ( Direction Z ) were studied by analysis of inclusion and microstructure , as well as the result of hardness test.The results showed that lamellar tearing in duplex stainless steel -S32205 was caused by the containing of σ-phase or inclusion with high hardness that reducing the plasticity and toughness of steel , and then cracking of the metal was caused by constraint stress on the direction Z .Corresponding suggestions for improvement of centrifuge rotor manufacturing were put forward according to the reasons.
