采用金相显微镜观察S32205双相不锈钢层状撕裂缺陷,通过夹杂物和微观组织分析,结合硬度检测结果,探讨了双相不锈钢板材厚度方向(即Z向)裂纹缺陷的形成原因。结果表明, S32205双相不锈钢层状撕裂是由于存在σ相或夹杂物,且硬度偏高,降低了钢板的塑性、韧性,当板材Z向受拘束应力作用下引起开裂。根据上述原因提出了相应的改进措施。
採用金相顯微鏡觀察S32205雙相不鏽鋼層狀撕裂缺陷,通過夾雜物和微觀組織分析,結閤硬度檢測結果,探討瞭雙相不鏽鋼闆材厚度方嚮(即Z嚮)裂紋缺陷的形成原因。結果錶明, S32205雙相不鏽鋼層狀撕裂是由于存在σ相或夾雜物,且硬度偏高,降低瞭鋼闆的塑性、韌性,噹闆材Z嚮受拘束應力作用下引起開裂。根據上述原因提齣瞭相應的改進措施。

To observe the defect of lamellar tearing in duplex stainless steel -S32205 by metalloscope , the formation reasons of defects at steel plate thickness direction ( Direction Z ) were studied by analysis of inclusion and microstructure , as well as the result of hardness test.The results showed that lamellar tearing in duplex stainless steel -S32205 was caused by the containing of σ-phase or inclusion with high hardness that reducing the plasticity and toughness of steel , and then cracking of the metal was caused by constraint stress on the direction Z .Corresponding suggestions for improvement of centrifuge rotor manufacturing were put forward according to the reasons.
