利用基于风险检验技术( RBI)对某炼油厂常减压装置进行了风险评估,结果表明该常减压装置设备和管道的总体风险等级不高,结合评估结果制定了装置的检验策略,并按照检验策略实施检验。合理的检验策略能够使有限的检验资源应用于确实存在高风险的设备和管道。

Risk-Based Inspection ( RBI) method was carried out on crude distillate unit.The consequence showed that the pressure vessel and pressure pipe of the unit was at a relative low risk level.Based on the risk results , an optimal inspection strategy , which can help to exploit the limited resources in coping with the really meaningful risks , was determined.
