探讨了HPLC测定当归药材中阿魏酸含量的方法。以乙腈-0.085%磷酸(17:83)为流动相;检测波长为316 nm,取样量为0.2 g,70%甲醇回流提取30 min,80℃的水浴加热的浓缩温度。结果表明:阿魏酸在进样2.4~38.4μg· mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为103.1463%, RSD为0.4547%。高效液相色谱法可用于当归药材中阿魏酸含量的测定,方法简单准确,灵敏度高。

The method of determining the content of ferulic acid in angelica sinensis by HPLC was studied.With acetonitrile-0.085%phosphate (17:83) as mobile phase, the wavelength was detected of 316 nm, sampling quantity was 0.2 g, 70% methanol circumfluence extraction 30 min, the concentration of the water bath heating temperature of 80 ℃.Ferulic acid in the sample range 2.4 ~38.4 μg/mL had good linear relationship , the average recovery was 103.1463%, and RSD was 0.4547%.High performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method can be used for the determination of ferulic acid content of angelica sinensis medicinal material , and the method was simple and accurate , and high sensitivity.
