探索了聚酰胺法分离、纯化罗望子壳黄酮的工艺条件。通过静态实验和动态实验，确定最佳树脂及最佳工艺条件。结果表明：聚酰胺为罗望子壳黄酮的最佳吸附树脂。最佳工艺条件为：吸附温度20℃，吸附时间3 h；解吸液为80％乙醇溶液，解吸温度30℃，解吸时间4 h；上样树脂质量30 g，洗脱液体积2 BV，洗脱次数3次。纯化前后罗望子壳黄酮提取物中黄酮含量从12.93％提高到31.00％。

The separation and purification process of flavonoids from tamarind shells by polyamide method was studied.The optimum resin and its optimum process conditions were determined by static experiments and dynamic experiments.The results indicated that polyamide was the best adsorption resin for flavonoids of tamarind shells .The optimum process conditions were that adsorption temperature was 20 ℃, adsorption time was 3 h, ethanol solvent concentration was 70%, desorption temperature was 30 ℃, desorption time was 4 h, the sample quality of resins was 30 g, elution volume was 2 BV, and elution times were three times.After purified, the contents of flavonoids from tamarind shells were increased from 12.93%to 31.00%.
