The synthesis methods of isophorone diisocyanate were summarized , the synthetic method was compared in detail , and advantages and disadvantages of that with phosgene , urea or dimethyl carbonate as raw material for synthesis of isophorone diisocyanate were analyzed.The isophorone diisocyanate synthesis of dimethyl carbonate method and using a new catalyst was optimized mainly.The reaction condition was mild , the conversion rate was higher , energy consumption was lower , and product and the catalyst was easy to separate.
