环己酮在酸性条件可以被亚硝酸乙酯氧化成1,2,3-环己三酮-1,3-二肟,1,2,3-环己三酮-1,3-二肟在酸性条件下和尿素反应生成改性苷脲,并考察了催化剂用量、反应物用量、溶剂、反应时间、反应温度等对标题化合物合成的影响。得最佳条件:盐酸为催化剂,用量为乙醇体积的1.5%,1,2,3-环己三酮-1,3-二肟与尿素的摩尔比为1:2.2,常温搅拌反应45 h,产率可达50%。
環己酮在痠性條件可以被亞硝痠乙酯氧化成1,2,3-環己三酮-1,3-二肟,1,2,3-環己三酮-1,3-二肟在痠性條件下和尿素反應生成改性苷脲,併攷察瞭催化劑用量、反應物用量、溶劑、反應時間、反應溫度等對標題化閤物閤成的影響。得最佳條件:鹽痠為催化劑,用量為乙醇體積的1.5%,1,2,3-環己三酮-1,3-二肟與尿素的摩爾比為1:2.2,常溫攪拌反應45 h,產率可達50%。

Cyclohexanone could be oxidated to 1,2,3 -cycloexane trione -1,3 -dioxime using ethyl nitrite , and substituted glycolurils was synthesized by using urea and 1,2,3 -cycloexane trione -1,3 -dioxime under the acid condition.The effects of catalyst dosage , ratio of reactants, solvents, reaction time and reaction temperature were discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were that the catalyst was hydrochloric acid , the volume ratio of catalyst strong hydrochloric acid and solvent being 1.5:100, the ratio of 1,2,3-cycloexane trione -1,3-dioxime to urea 1:2.2, stirring 45 h at room temperature , and the yield can reach 50%.
