在诸多的生物医学高分子材料中,高分子水溶胶已经逐渐成为当今药学领域研究的热点。其中,可注射性水凝胶因其独特的性质有望被广泛应用于药物释放等领域。水溶胶的分散体系可以显著地增强药物水溶性,以此提高生物利用度。水溶胶本身的各种特性就完全符合药物的溶解性要求。所以对水溶胶在药物制剂中的应用进行一个综述。

In many biomedical polymer materials , polymer hydrosol gradually became a hot research field of pharmacy today.Among them, the injectable hydrogel because of its unique nature was expected to be widely used in drug delivery and so on.Hydrosol dispersions can significantly enhance the drug solubility in water , in order to improve bioavailability.Various characteristics of the water itself were completely in line with the sol requirements solubility drugs .The water sol used in pharmaceutical formulations was reviewed.
