目的：研究 P16蛋白及 Survivin 蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选择正常子宫内膜组患者50例、子宫内膜简单或复杂增生组患者50例子宫内膜不典型增生组患者50例及子宫内膜癌组患者50例。比较各组及子宫内膜癌组不同临床、病理分期中 P16蛋白及 Survivin 蛋白的表达情况。结果 P16蛋白在子宫内膜癌组的表达明显降低，与其余三组比较差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。子宫内膜不典型增生组及子宫内膜癌组的 Survivin 阳性表达率及强阳性表达率与其余两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。P16蛋白在子宫内膜癌Ⅱ~Ⅳ期、病理级别高、深肌层浸润及复发病例中阳性表达明显降低；Survivin 蛋白的强阳性表达率在Ⅱ~Ⅳ期、G3、深肌层浸润及复发病例中明显升高。结论 P16蛋白对手术病理分期及其预后判断有指导意义。Sur-vivin 蛋白对子宫内膜癌的早期诊断及临床预后判断有重要意义。
목적：연구 P16단백급 Survivin 단백재자궁내막선암중적표체급림상의의。방법선택정상자궁내막조환자50례、자궁내막간단혹복잡증생조환자50례자궁내막불전형증생조환자50례급자궁내막암조환자50례。비교각조급자궁내막암조불동림상、병리분기중 P16단백급 Survivin 단백적표체정황。결과 P16단백재자궁내막암조적표체명현강저，여기여삼조비교차이균유통계학의의（P <0.05）。자궁내막불전형증생조급자궁내막암조적 Survivin 양성표체솔급강양성표체솔여기여량조비교，차이균유통계학의의（P <0.05）。P16단백재자궁내막암Ⅱ~Ⅳ기、병리급별고、심기층침윤급복발병례중양성표체명현강저；Survivin 단백적강양성표체솔재Ⅱ~Ⅳ기、G3、심기층침윤급복발병례중명현승고。결론 P16단백대수술병리분기급기예후판단유지도의의。Sur-vivin 단백대자궁내막암적조기진단급림상예후판단유중요의의。
Objective To study the clinical significance and the expression of P16 protein and survivin protein in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Patients were divided into the normal endometrium group(50 cases),simple or complex endometrial hyperplasia group(50 cases),atypical endometrial hy-perplasia group(50 cases)and endometrial cancer group(50 cases). The expression levels of P16 protein and survivin protein and in different clinical and pathological stages among the groups were compared. Results Compared with other three groups,the levels of P16 protein in endometrial cancer group were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Compared the survivin posi-tive expression rate and strong positive expression rate in atypical endometrial hyperplasia group and en-dometrial cancer group with other two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). The positive expression of P16 protein in Ⅱ-Ⅳ period cases of endometrial carcinoma,higher pathologi-cal grade cases,deep myometrial invasion cases and recurrence cases was significantly lower. The strong-ly positive expression of survivin protein in Ⅱ - Ⅳ period cases,G3 cases,deep myometrial invasion ca-ses and recurrent cases was significantly higher. Conclusions P16 protein has the significance of guid-ance for the surgical pathological staging and judgement of the prognosis. Survivin protein has important significante in the early diagnosis and prognosis judgement of endometrial carcinoma.
