目的:探讨血脂异常者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白- l(MCP -1)、血红素加氧酶-1(HO -1)、脂联素(APN)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF -α)水平的检测及临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA)检测85例血脂异常者和35例健康对照者血清 MCP -1、HO -1、APN 及 TNF -α的水平,同时检测血脂异常者血清其他脂类代谢指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL - C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL - C)]的水平,并分析 MCP -1、HO -1、APN及 TNF -α与脂类代谢指标的相关性。结果血脂异常者血清 MCP -1、HO -1和 APN 水平较健康对照组均显著升高,差异具有统计学意义( P ﹤0.01),而 TNF -α水平较健康对照组则明显降低,差异具有统计学意义( P ﹤0.01);同时血脂异常者血清 HO -1水平与 MCP -1及 LDL - C 水平均呈正相关关系;APN 水平则与 TNF -α呈负相关关系,与 LDL - C 水平呈正相关关系;而健康对照组的 HO -1水平与 MCP -1水平无明显关系。结论血脂异常者血清 MCP -1、HO -1和 APN水平显著升高,而 TNF -α水平则明显降低,说明 MCP -1、HO -1、APN 及 TNF -α可能参与了动脉粥样硬化的发生及发展,并可能成为动脉粥样硬化潜在的预防或治疗靶点。

목적:탐토혈지이상자혈청단핵세포추화단백- l(MCP -1)、혈홍소가양매-1(HO -1)、지련소(APN)급종류배사인자α(TNF -α)수평적검측급림상개치。방법채용매련면역흡부법( ELISA)검측85례혈지이상자화35례건강대조자혈청 MCP -1、HO -1、APN 급 TNF -α적수평,동시검측혈지이상자혈청기타지류대사지표[총담고순(TC)、삼선감유(TG)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL - C)급고밀도지단백담고순(HDL - C)]적수평,병분석 MCP -1、HO -1、APN급 TNF -α여지류대사지표적상관성。결과혈지이상자혈청 MCP -1、HO -1화 APN 수평교건강대조조균현저승고,차이구유통계학의의( P ﹤0.01),이 TNF -α수평교건강대조조칙명현강저,차이구유통계학의의( P ﹤0.01);동시혈지이상자혈청 HO -1수평여 MCP -1급 LDL - C 수평균정정상관관계;APN 수평칙여 TNF -α정부상관관계,여 LDL - C 수평정정상관관계;이건강대조조적 HO -1수평여 MCP -1수평무명현관계。결론혈지이상자혈청 MCP -1、HO -1화 APN수평현저승고,이 TNF -α수평칙명현강저,설명 MCP -1、HO -1、APN 급 TNF -α가능삼여료동맥죽양경화적발생급발전,병가능성위동맥죽양경화잠재적예방혹치료파점。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum levels of monoCyse chemoattractant protein -1(MCP -1),heme oxygenase-1(HO -1),adiponectin(APN)and tumor necrosis factor - α(TNF - α)in patients with dyslipidemia. Methods The serum levels of MCP -1,HO -1,APN and TNF - α were detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 85 patients with dyslipidemia and 35 healthy controls. Meanwhile the serum levels of other lipid metabolism parameters including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipopro-tein cholesterol(LDL - C)and high - density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL - C)were also detected in patients with dyslipidemia. The correlation between the levels of lipid metabolism parameters and the levels of MCP -1,HO -1,APN and TNF - α was analyzed. Results The serum levels of MCP -1,HO -1,and APN in patients with dyslipidemia were significantly higher than those in healthy controls( P ﹤0. 01). Meanwhile the ser-um level of TNF - α in patients with dyslipidemia was significantly lower than that in healthy controls( P ﹤0. 01). The serum level of HO -1 in pa-tients with dyslipidemia was positively correlated with MCP -1 and LDL - C. The serum level of APN was negatively correlated with TNF - α ,but positively correlated with LDL - C. The serum level of HO -1 had no correlation with MCP -1 in healthy control group. Conclusion MCP -1,HO- 1,APN and TNF - α may participate in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis and may be potential targets in the prevention and treat-ment of atherosclerosis.
