Column chromatography separation of o-and p-nitroaniline was an important teaching content in basic organic chemistry experiment.Generally, benzene, tolue and ether were used as the eluent , which was easy to cause harm to students'physical health and the environment.An improvement approach on change of classic eluent kinds and recycling it by reducing the usage of pollution organic solvent was proposed , which was try to make the reagent to the human body damage in a minimum.
