    研制了一种大尺寸、高强度护罩体，选择合适的材料和成型工艺，并利用ansys软件进行了受力分析，最终成型了可满足设计要求的护罩体。该护罩体适用于近海设施和舰船，应用前景广阔。
    연제료일충대척촌、고강도호조체，선택합괄적재료화성형공예，병이용ansys연건진행료수력분석，최종성형료가만족설계요구적호조체。해호조체괄용우근해설시화함선，응용전경엄활。
    A large size and high strength shield was developed , materials and forming process were chosen , and mechanical analysis was studied using the software of ANSYS.At last , a large size shield can meet the design requirements were produced , which can be used in offshore installations and ships , and then application prospect was presented.
