对来源于含铬废水的一株霉菌吸附水中Cr 6+的条件进行了研究。首先对菌丝体吸附铬离子的时间、浓度、温度和pH做了单因素试验,并通过正交试验,确定了最佳的吸附条件,表明吸附时间为2 h,溶液中初始离子浓度为60 mg/L, pH为5,吸附温度为32℃时,吸附效果最好。
對來源于含鉻廢水的一株黴菌吸附水中Cr 6+的條件進行瞭研究。首先對菌絲體吸附鉻離子的時間、濃度、溫度和pH做瞭單因素試驗,併通過正交試驗,確定瞭最佳的吸附條件,錶明吸附時間為2 h,溶液中初始離子濃度為60 mg/L, pH為5,吸附溫度為32℃時,吸附效果最好。

The conditions of chromium ions adsorption in solution by mould were researched.The chromium adsorption of mycelium about time , ion concentration , temperature and pH were tested with single factor.Through orthogonal test, the optimum adsorption conditions were concluded that adsorption time was 2 h, the initial solution ion concentration was 60 mg/L, pH was 5 and the adsorption temperature was 32 ℃, and the adsorption effect was the best.
