对来源于含铬废水的一株霉菌吸附水中Cr 6＋的条件进行了研究。首先对菌丝体吸附铬离子的时间、浓度、温度和pH做了单因素试验，并通过正交试验，确定了最佳的吸附条件，表明吸附时间为2 h，溶液中初始离子浓度为60 mg/L， pH为5，吸附温度为32℃时，吸附效果最好。

The conditions of chromium ions adsorption in solution by mould were researched.The chromium adsorption of mycelium about time , ion concentration , temperature and pH were tested with single factor.Through orthogonal test, the optimum adsorption conditions were concluded that adsorption time was 2 h, the initial solution ion concentration was 60 mg/L, pH was 5 and the adsorption temperature was 32 ℃, and the adsorption effect was the best.
