目的：探究加替沙星注射液治疗肺癌患者呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法：选择我院收治的60例肺癌患者呼吸道感染患者，随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，在给与观察组加替沙星治疗，给予对照组头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦治疗，比较两组治疗效果和用药后的不良反应。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为93.4%，对照组治疗总有效率为96.7%，且组间数据差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：加替沙星注射液治疗肺癌患者呼吸道感染疗效好，见效快，临床价值较高，可进一步推广应用。

목적：탐구가체사성주사액치료폐암환자호흡도감염적림상효과。방법：선택아원수치적60례폐암환자호흡도감염환자，수궤분위관찰조여대조조각30례，재급여관찰조가체사성치료，급여대조조두포고동납서파탄치료，비교량조치료효과화용약후적불량반응。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔위93.4%，대조조치료총유효솔위96.7%，차조간수거차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：가체사성주사액치료폐암환자호흡도감염료효호，견효쾌，림상개치교고，가진일보추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of gatilfoxacin injection in treatment of lung cancer patients with respiratory tract infection.Methods:in our hospital,60 patients with respiratory tract infection in patients with lung cancer,were randomly divided into observation group and control group each 30 cases,the observation group given gatilfoxacin treatment in control group received Shubatan,cefoperazone sodium treatment,adverse reactions in the treatment effects were compared between the two groups and after treatment.Results:the total effective rate of observation group was 93.4%,control group,the total effective rate was 96.7%,no statistical signiifcance of data and the difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:gatilfoxacin injection in the treatment of lung cancer patients with respiratory tract infection of good curative effect,quick effect,high clinical value,can be further applied.
