主要研究新疆药桑不同部位对ɑ-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。结果表明不同溶剂提取的样品均对α-葡萄糖苷酶有抑制作用,而且抑制作用随样品量的增加而增大。其中库车药桑桑葚、桑叶的抑制率均高于和田桑葚、桑叶。结论新疆药桑提取物均具有一定的降血糖作用,但不同地区不同部位降糖能力不同。

The inhibitory activity of different parts of Morus nigra L mulberry on ɑ-glycosidase enzyme was mainly studied.Results showed that the samples of different solvent to extract had inhibitory effect to the alpha glycosidase enzymes, and the inhibition increased with the increase of the YangPinLiang.The kuqa medicine mulberry mulberry , mulberry and mulberry inhibition rate was higher than in hotan mulberry , mulberry and mulberry.Conclusion medicine mulberry extracted in Xinjiang had certain fall blood sugar function , but was different at different positions of the different parts of the hypoglycemic ability.
