火法炼铅、湿法炼铅或干湿联合法都能够应用于不同类型的含铅固废处理。然而,通常一些含铅固废经过预处理后不能够达到传统火法炼铅的理想要求,即铅含量大于40%;此外,相对于湿法炼铅工艺,火法炼铅技术是非环境友好、高能耗的处理含铅废渣途径。鉴于火法炼铅的这些局限性和弊端,本文重点介绍含铅废渣的湿法回收研究工作。
火法煉鉛、濕法煉鉛或榦濕聯閤法都能夠應用于不同類型的含鉛固廢處理。然而,通常一些含鉛固廢經過預處理後不能夠達到傳統火法煉鉛的理想要求,即鉛含量大于40%;此外,相對于濕法煉鉛工藝,火法煉鉛技術是非環境友好、高能耗的處理含鉛廢渣途徑。鑒于火法煉鉛的這些跼限性和弊耑,本文重點介紹含鉛廢渣的濕法迴收研究工作。

Pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical technologies or their combination can be applied to the treatment of different lead-bearing materials.However , Lead concentration in the residue after pretreated always could not reach to a desirable level that as high as 40%for lead smelting in pyrometallurgical methods traditionally.Furthermore , compared with hydrometallurgical technologies , pyrometallurgical processes are known as less eco -friendly and more wastefully for treating such Materials , because of its processes would cause SO 2 emission and need high energy supply.In view of some limitations and drawbacks of pyrometallurgical processes , the research advance about hydrometallurgical methods of lead recovery from different lead-bearing residues was mainly focused on.
