目的：评价社区日间康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复疗效。方法2012年8月，采用随机、对照、开放性的临床试验设计，入选精神分裂症患者80例，随机分为两组，即干预组40例和对照组40例。干预组患者接受社区日间康复训练6个月，对照组患者接受常规随访治疗。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（ PANSS）、Morningside康复状态量表（ MRSS）、自知力与治疗态度问卷（ ITAQ）进行评分，比较两组患者干预前、后的康复疗效。结果实施社区日间康复训练6个月后，干预组患者的PANSS总分、阴性量表得分较对照组下降，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；MRSS总分及各因子得分均较对照组下降，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；ITAQ总分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论社区日间康复训练能改善慢性精神分裂症患者的症状、提高其自知力，促进其康复。
목적：평개사구일간강복훈련대만성정신분렬증환자적강복료효。방법2012년8월，채용수궤、대조、개방성적림상시험설계，입선정신분렬증환자80례，수궤분위량조，즉간예조40례화대조조40례。간예조환자접수사구일간강복훈련6개월，대조조환자접수상규수방치료。채용양성여음성증상량표（ PANSS）、Morningside강복상태량표（ MRSS）、자지력여치료태도문권（ ITAQ）진행평분，비교량조환자간예전、후적강복료효。결과실시사구일간강복훈련6개월후，간예조환자적PANSS총분、음성량표득분교대조조하강，차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）；MRSS총분급각인자득분균교대조조하강，차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）；ITAQ총분고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P﹤0.05）。결론사구일간강복훈련능개선만성정신분렬증환자적증상、제고기자지력，촉진기강복。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of day rehabilitation community for the patients with chronic schizophrenics. Methods By a randomized,controlled,and open clinical trial design,80 patients with chronic schizophrenics were selected and divided into two groups:the intervention group of 40 patients receiving 6-month community daily rehabilitation and the control group of 40 patients receiving routine follow -up treatment. Positive and negative syndrome scale ( PANSS ), Morningside rehabilitation status scale(MRSS),Insight and treatment attitudes questionnaire(ITAQ)were used to assess the curative effects of the two groups before and after intervention. Results The total score of PANSS and negative syndrome scale score of patients in intervention group decreased obviously and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P﹤0. 05);the total score of MRSS and the score of each factor in the intervention group decreased significantly than those in the control group and it was significant(P﹤0. 05);ITAQ score in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Day rehabilitation training in community can help improve the symptoms and the insight of the patients with chronic schizophrenics and promote their rehabilitation.
