目的：探讨护理管理对控制医院感染的作用。方法针对我院外科护理工作进行分析研究，以2012年与2013年作为研究时间，2012年为对照组实施原有的护理管理，而2013年为观察组实施相关的院内感染的护理管理，比较两年内护理工作质量以及发生院内感染率。结果在实施降低院内感染的护理管理方法后，比较两组的工作质量以及院内感染发生率，观察组明显优于对照组，经比较两者具有明显差异（P ＜0.05）。结论改善各科室的护理管理方法可以有效地降低院内感染率的发生，提高护理质量。

목적：탐토호리관리대공제의원감염적작용。방법침대아원외과호리공작진행분석연구，이2012년여2013년작위연구시간，2012년위대조조실시원유적호리관리，이2013년위관찰조실시상관적원내감염적호리관리，비교량년내호리공작질량이급발생원내감염솔。결과재실시강저원내감염적호리관리방법후，비교량조적공작질량이급원내감염발생솔，관찰조명현우우대조조，경비교량자구유명현차이（P ＜0.05）。결론개선각과실적호리관리방법가이유효지강저원내감염솔적발생，제고호리질량。
to investigate the nursing management of hospital infection control: the role of. analysis methods for the surgical nursing in our hospital, in 2012 and 2013 as the research time, 2012 for the implementation of the control group the nursing management, nursing management and 2013 as observation group associated with the implementation of hospital infection, nursing quality comparison of two years and the nosocomial infection rate. Conclusion to improve nursing management departments can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate, improve the quality of nursing care.
