目的：探讨雷公藤多苷片在小儿难治性过敏性紫癜中的治疗疗效。方法选择84例于2012年2月至2013年2月在本院治疗患儿，且随机分为治疗组(n=42例)和对照组(n=42例)。两组患儿都给予基础治疗，观察组在这基础上给予雷公藤多苷片。观察两组的临床症状改善情况来评估疗效。结果给予雷公藤多苷片的治疗组总有效率高于对照组总有效率，两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率仅仅为9.5%。结论利用雷公藤多苷片治疗的有效率高，副作用轻，迅速有效的控制病情，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토뢰공등다감편재소인난치성과민성자전중적치료료효。방법선택84례우2012년2월지2013년2월재본원치료환인，차수궤분위치료조(n=42례)화대조조(n=42례)。량조환인도급여기출치료，관찰조재저기출상급여뢰공등다감편。관찰량조적림상증상개선정황래평고료효。결과급여뢰공등다감편적치료조총유효솔고우대조조총유효솔，량조총유효솔비교차이유현저성(P<0.05)。치료조적불량반응발생솔부부위9.5%。결론이용뢰공등다감편치료적유효솔고，부작용경，신속유효적공제병정，치득림상추엄사용。
objective to investigate the therapeutic effect in children with refractory allergic purpura of tripterygium glycosides tablet. Conclusion the use of tripterygium glycosides tablet in the treatment of effective rate high, mild side effects, control the disease quickly and effectively, it is worthy of clinical use.
