本文分析了5种消泡剂的消泡抑泡效果和对纤维堆囊菌的影响,对生物量,埃博霉素产量等方面进行考察,选择了具有良好消泡抑泡性能,对纤维堆囊菌生长有显著促进作用的SXP107有机硅聚醚复合消泡剂。在此基础上对使用浓度进行优化,并研究其对发酵过程的pH和还原糖的影响。结果是:体积浓度为0.08%,菌体干重达171.2 mg的消泡剂效果最好。

본문분석료5충소포제적소포억포효과화대섬유퇴낭균적영향,대생물량,애박매소산량등방면진행고찰,선택료구유량호소포억포성능,대섬유퇴낭균생장유현저촉진작용적SXP107유궤규취미복합소포제。재차기출상대사용농도진행우화,병연구기대발효과정적pH화환원당적영향。결과시:체적농도위0.08%,균체간중체171.2 mg적소포제효과최호。
The paper analyse five different Species of antifoam agents were compared based on the defoam and antifoam abilities,and the effects on the biomass and the yields of epothilones were also investigated. Finally, SXP107 silicone Polyether antifoam was selected since its high antifoam capability and improvement of biomass.Furthermore,the concentration of SXP107 was optimized in the medium formula and the effects on pH and reducing sugar were also studied.The result s at the 0.08% volume fraction, the culture dry weight was 172.2 mg,defoaming agent is best.
