Gynura bicolor ( Willd.) DC.%ethanol extracts%chemical constituent%phenolics%NMR
Eight compounds were isolated and identified from the volume fraction 80% ethanol extracts from above-ground part of Gynura bicolor (Willd.) DC. There are 5-(hydroxymethyl) furfural(1), benzoic acid(2), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (3), vanillic acid(4), syringic acid(5), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(6), protocatechuic acid(7) and kaempferol(8). In which, compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 are isolated from this species for the first time.
