高职实践教学环节动力系统的要素较为复杂,通过本次实证研究发现在实践教学过程中,积极影响学生的内外部动力分别是学生的对掌握实际应用能力的需求与就业考虑,积极影响教师工作的内外部动力分别为自身价值和社会价值的认可与被认可,而成就感普遍缺失与工作回馈值低下则起明显的抵制作用。一方面指导教师对学生指导得当、帮助及时与否会直接影响学生的实习动力;另一方面,实习单位的客观条件对学生实习动力也产生一定影响作用。在实践教学过程中,师生双方的动力因素都各自对实践教学产生影响,而其形成的合力将最终决定实践教学效果的好坏。
高職實踐教學環節動力繫統的要素較為複雜,通過本次實證研究髮現在實踐教學過程中,積極影響學生的內外部動力分彆是學生的對掌握實際應用能力的需求與就業攷慮,積極影響教師工作的內外部動力分彆為自身價值和社會價值的認可與被認可,而成就感普遍缺失與工作迴饋值低下則起明顯的牴製作用。一方麵指導教師對學生指導得噹、幫助及時與否會直接影響學生的實習動力;另一方麵,實習單位的客觀條件對學生實習動力也產生一定影響作用。在實踐教學過程中,師生雙方的動力因素都各自對實踐教學產生影響,而其形成的閤力將最終決定實踐教學效果的好壞。

Elements of power system are complex in higher vocational practice teaching .Through this empirical research,it is suggested that positive effects of internal and external motivations of students in the practice teaching process are:their demand to master the ability of practical application and the consideration of employment .Internal and external power elements that extremely influence teachers'work respectively are: outside recognition of their personal value and social values and lack of sense of achievement and work feedback at low value that results in obvious resistance.On the one hand,whether the teachers guide the students properly and help on time or not will directly affect the practice motivation of students;on the other hand,the objective conditions of firms,companies and enterprises,etc.during internship also have a certain impact on their motivation.In the practical teaching process, dynamic factors of both teachers and students affect practical teaching in one way or another and the resultant force formed by these factors will ultimately determine the quality of practical teaching .
