征1-斜5井位于准噶尔盆地中央隆起带中部征1区块。该区块地层岩性复杂,钻井液技术难度大。针对不同井段地层岩性,使用聚合物抑制封堵钻井液体系和铝胺润滑防塌钻井液体系,辅助相应的现场钻井液维护处理工艺,保证了施工的顺利进行,解决了吐谷鲁群地层水化引起的起下钻遇阻及泥包钻头、侏罗系坍塌掉块及长裸眼定向过程中井壁失稳的难题;机械钻速较邻近同井深直井高,达到了优快钻井的目的。
徵1-斜5井位于準噶爾盆地中央隆起帶中部徵1區塊。該區塊地層巖性複雜,鑽井液技術難度大。針對不同井段地層巖性,使用聚閤物抑製封堵鑽井液體繫和鋁胺潤滑防塌鑽井液體繫,輔助相應的現場鑽井液維護處理工藝,保證瞭施工的順利進行,解決瞭吐穀魯群地層水化引起的起下鑽遇阻及泥包鑽頭、侏囉繫坍塌掉塊及長裸眼定嚮過程中井壁失穩的難題;機械鑽速較鄰近同井深直井高,達到瞭優快鑽井的目的。

Zheng 1-X 5 well was located at central uplift belt in Zheng 1 block in Junggar Basin.The difficulty of drilling fluid technology was great because of complex geologic structure .According to petrography character in different interval, poly inhibition and formation sealing drilling fluid and aluminium and amine lubrication and anti-caving drilling fluid was applied .The well was drilled successfully with the help of corresponding onsite maintaining and managing technics.The down-hole troublesome condition of blockage during tripping and bit balling in Tuguluqun Formation,sloughing in Jurassic and borehole stability during the course of directional drilling .The ROP was high than drilling adjacent wells,and the goal of drilling with high quality and safety was achieved.
