This paper provides an overview of the classification of the plasticizer , the kind and their applications .The potential hazards of plasticizer in food package were analyzed ,emphasizing the three non-toxic plasticizers in food package and safety.Two factors including the kind and addition amount of plasticizer are critical to influence the safety of food packaged with preservative film.
