The DPV project is huge system engineering, in which many factors affecting the construction quality and hidden safety troubles existed. In QHSE management process, with the help of the figure of Pareto (Pareto chart), the classification of phenomenon and reason for each problem is carried out, the important issues are discovered, and then corresponding measures can be taken, so that the difficulties in QHSE management are overcome.
