三十万吨级浮船坞是由原十七万吨级浮船坞通过加宽16m(浮箱长度不变)改建而成的一艘升举能力为60000t的浮船坞。该浮船坞各段浮箱间的连接结构是结构强度的薄弱区域。为了确保浮船坞在设计使用作业工况下的结构强度,对坞体结构在两种典型载荷工况下进行了整体三维有限元强度计算和规范要求的横向强度计算,得到了坞体结构的变形和应力分布。计算表明,浮船坞结构强度满足要求。论文通过自编程序实现了有限元总强度剪力和弯矩载荷调整技术,并成功地应用于整个坞体的总强度分析。

The 300000 DWT floating dock discussed in the paper is a very large dock, which has been reconstructed from a 170000 DWT dock and consists of three sections. The structure in the transitional zone between two sections is not very strong, and careful evaluation of strength of this structure is necessary. Under a couple of typical loading conditions structure strength analysis are carried out by using both the whole model and part model. The deformation and stress distortion in dock hull and its transitional zone are obtained. The results show that the design requirement of strength is satisfied.
