为研究尾叶香茶菜(Isodonexcisa)的化学成分,应用正、反相硅胶柱色谱、半制备 HPLC等色谱方法对其进行分离纯化,利用 ESI-MS、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱确定了5个化合物:阿江榄仁酸(Arj unolic acid,1)、积雪草酸(Asiatic acid,2)、2α,3α,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2α,3α,23-Trihydroxy-12-en-28-oic acid,3)、3,5-二甲基-7-苯丙烯-4β-吡喃葡萄糖(3,5-Dimethoxy-7-phenylpropene-4β-pyran glucose,4)、白藓苷 A (Dict-amnoside A,5),其中化合物4和化合物5是首次从尾叶香茶菜属植物中分离得到.自由基清除试验表明,5种化合物都具有较好的自由基清除活性,抑制率分别为99.87%、95.75%、78.81%、88.27%和92.36%.

To research the chemical constituents of Isodonexcisa,we separated and purified Isodonexcisa by silica gel column chromatography,reverse phase column,and semi-preparative HPLC.And we obtained five compounds and identified their structures by using ESI-MS,1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR.The five compounds are Arjunolic acid (1),Asiatic acid (2),2α,3α,23-Trihydroxy-12-en-28-oic acid (3),3,5-Dimethoxy-7-penylpro-pene-4β-pyran glucose (4),Dictamnoside A (5).The compounds 4 and 5 are firstly isolated from this genus. Experiments that radical scavenging activity show the five compounds showed remarkable scavenging activity toward DPPH.Inhibition rate is 99.87%,95.75%,78.81%,88.27% and 92.36%,respectively.
