以桦木醇为原料合成了4种桦木醇吡啶盐,运用1 H-NMR 和 IR 确认了化合物的结构。用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法对这4种化合物对肝星状细胞、人肺癌细胞和人肝癌细胞的抑制作用进行了活性分析,结果表明,化合物3、4a和4c对上述3种癌细胞有明显的抑制作用,并且对肝星状细胞的 IC50值均明显低于桦木醇。
以樺木醇為原料閤成瞭4種樺木醇吡啶鹽,運用1 H-NMR 和 IR 確認瞭化閤物的結構。用噻唑藍(MTT)比色法對這4種化閤物對肝星狀細胞、人肺癌細胞和人肝癌細胞的抑製作用進行瞭活性分析,結果錶明,化閤物3、4a和4c對上述3種癌細胞有明顯的抑製作用,併且對肝星狀細胞的 IC50值均明顯低于樺木醇。

Four betulin pyridinium salts were prepared from botulin.The structure of the products were identified by 1 H-NMR and IR.In order to study the effects of betulin pyridinium salts on inhibiting tumor cells,activity analysis of compounds 3 and 4a-c on the HSC cell,A549 cell and HepG 2 was carried out by MTT assay.The results showed that compounds 3,4a and 4c had obvious inhibitory action on the HSC cell, A549 cell and HepG2.On HepG2 cells,IC50 of compounds 3,4a and 4c were significantly lower than IC50 of betulin.
