我国大学生自主创业意愿比较高，但大学生自主创业仍存在人数比例低、成功率低和创业水平低等“三低现象”。其原因主要是资金困难。当前我国金融机构和风险投资基金还没有释放出应有的作用，大学生自主创业主要依靠父母、亲友和个人储蓄等渠道筹集资金。受家庭经济条件限制，大学生自主创业投入资金有限。为解决资金困难问题，应设立大学生自主创业专项资金，建立大学生自主创业者风险投资机制，开展大学生自主创业特色贷款，给予大学生自主创业政策优惠，建立大学生自主创业担保体系。

College student’s entrepreneurial intention is relatively high in China , but there are "three low phenomenons"that proportion of people is still low, success rate is low and entrepreneurial level is low .,The main reason is financial difficulties. At present, China's financial institutions and venture capital funds are not released their proper roles, students start their own businesses relying mainly on parents, relatives, friends and personal savings to raise funds. Restricted family economic conditions, students independent venture investment is limited. In order to solve the financial problems, we should set up special funds, establish risk investment mechanism for college student’s entrepreneurship, developing student independent venture characteristic loans, giving preferential policies, building security system for college student’s entrepreneurship.
