介绍WAR装置对粉末活性炭吸附和生化污泥生物降解处理污水产生的大量生化污泥和废粉末活性炭进行再生情况。结果表明,经WAR装置处理后再生粉末活性炭性能满足生化反应要求,可重返生化系统使用,减少了污泥外排量及新鲜粉末活性炭用量,新鲜炭补充量为950 kg/d,仅占再生炭的10.5%,同时WAR装置氧化尾气也可回用。降低了成本,实现节能增效,且避免了“三废”排放造成二次污染。

The paper introduced the regeneration of a large quantity of biochemical sludge and activated carbon waste powder generated from the treatment of wastewater by absorption of activated carbon and degradation of biochemical sludge using wet air regeneration ( WAR ) u-nit.The results showed that the regenerated activated carbon powder treating by WAR unit could meet the biochemical reaction requirements , and be reused in the biochemical system , which reduced the sludge discharge and the consumption of fresh activated carbon.The supplement of fresh activated carbon was 950kg/d, which occupied only 10.5% of the regenerated carbon, and oxidized off gas of the WAR unit could be reused.The WAR technology reduced cost and realized energy saving , which prevented secondary pollution caused by the discharge of three types of wastes.
