我国的医患矛盾日益突出，医疗纠纷呈增长趋势，同时，医疗纠纷解决机制的各种弊病也不断暴露出来，医疗纠纷解决现状令人堪忧。医疗纠纷事件的频发及后果对医疗行为影响较大，了解医疗纠纷产生的原因，探索解决的对策，通过医患双方的努力，加强医院的防范措施，对法律法规的完善及相关监督机制的管理，而改善医患关系以及预防医疗纠纷发生是目前社会面临的巨大挑战。

In recent years,conflicts between doctors and patients are promeinent rapidly,and medical disputes are growing at an increasing rate.Meanwhile,maladies of present medical dispute solution mechanism are repeateadly occurring.The present situations of medical dispute solution cause anxiety.Frequent medical disputes and their consequences greatly affect medical operation,so it is necessary to know about causes of medical disputes,explore solutions,strengthen prevention methods by efforts of doctors and patients,further make related laws,regulations and supervision mechanism.Improving relationship between doctors and patients and preventing medical disputes is a great challenge in our society.
