《秋兴八首》是杜甫人生低谷期而作。杜甫在现实生活中的坎坷遭遇，使他获得崇高的体验，并转化为内驱力，通过艺术创作加以抒发。深浓秋意映衬、交融了杜甫荒凉凄寂的心理境遇；飞鸟意象是他渴求突围的心理写照；杜甫在超越心理困境之后，召回了盛年的欢娱和盛世的春天。
《추흥팔수》시두보인생저곡기이작。두보재현실생활중적감가조우，사타획득숭고적체험，병전화위내구력，통과예술창작가이서발。심농추의영츤、교융료두보황량처적적심리경우；비조의상시타갈구돌위적심리사조；두보재초월심리곤경지후，소회료성년적환오화성세적춘천。
Du Fu wrote Eight Poems of Autumn in the gloom of his life.Du Fu experienced many frustrations in the life,which gave him noble experience and inner power of writing to show his feeling in the form of artistic creation. The autumn image reflected his sad mood,the bird image symbolized his desire to surmount and the spring image recalled his pleasure and prosperity.
