开展承灾体脆弱性分析是为揭示各类承灾体的洪灾损失与洪水特征之间的关系,也是洪灾风险评估方法中的关键部分。为了分析鷈江蓄洪区洪灾承灾体脆弱性,以北江“9406”型洪水放大至300年一遇洪灾为案例,全面收集社会经济数据,结合GPS技术开展洪灾损失调查,利用建立的模型计算了蓄洪区各承灾体要素的洪灾损失值,用以表征承灾体脆弱性大小和承灾能力强弱。通过计算鷈江蓄洪区洪灾承灾体的损失值,得出工业及基础设施脆弱性最大,也是承灾能力最弱的系统因素的结论。鷈江蓄洪区洪灾承灾体脆弱性分析为计算洪灾潜在损失和区域防灾减灾提供了依据。

To carry out the vulnerability analysis of hazard-affected bodies is to show the relationship between all kinds of flood loss of hazard-affected bodies and the flood characteristics,and it is also a key part of flood risk assessment methods.Our work took the 9406 flood of Beijiang river amplified to 0.33%probability type flood as an example to analyze flood vulnerability of hazard-affected bodies in Pajiang flood storage area.In our work,compre-hensive social and economic data were collected,and the investigation on flood loss was carried outwith GPS(Geo-graphical Position System)technology.The flood loss value of hazard-affected bodies is gained through the built model of Pajiang flood storage area,which shows the characteristics of the vulnerability size and of hazard-affected ability of hazard-affected bodies.After calculating flood loss value of hazard-affected bodies of Pajiang flood storage area,we draw the conclusion that vulnerability of industry and infrastructure was the largest,and they were the haz-ard-affected system factors with the weakest ability.The flood vulnerability analysis of Pajiang flood storage area is helpful for the calculation offlooding potential loss of hazard-affected bodies and the regional disaster prevention and reduction.
